About the Tenancy Support Program improve
The Larrakia Nation Tenancy Support Program (TSP) supports individuals and families living in Public Housing properties, who are struggling to sustain their tenancy and people who are at serious risk of homelessness or are already homeless. The program supports individuals and families across the Greater Darwin Region including urban Aboriginal Communities of Bagot, One Mile Dam, Knuckey’s Lagoon and Palmerston Indigenous Village to sustain long term independent housing and improve their wellbeing, in living in the broader community.
Case management is delivered with a strength based, and family centred approach to support individuals and families who are either self-referred, other service referred, or referred by Territory Families, Housing and Communities. Service support is tailored to the induvial needs of the individual and family.

Conditions of employment covered by the Larrakia Nation Aboriginal Corporation Enterprise Agreement 2018. Salary range starting at $34.58 per hour. Option to salary package a maximum of $15,899 from your gross salary each year; 5 weeks pro rata annual leave per year; and a 35-hour week. Skills and experience
OBJECTIVE: Learn how to provide the delivery of culturally appropriate client centred support to Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander individuals and families residing in the Greater Darwin region, Darwin and Palmerston Town Communities in order to build resilience, greater independence and wellbeing to enable them to remain safe and well in their houses.
