About the program
Minbani Bebe undertakes family finding to identify family and community members who want to care for and or connect Aboriginal children who have been placed in the out-of-home care system under DCF. Minbani Bebe supports Aboriginal kinship and other Aboriginal foster carers by completing carer assessments and facilitating carer support activities. Minbani Bebe are seeking a Kinship Support worker to lead the family finding aspect of our program, and to work in close collaboration with two other Kinship Support Workers in the Minbani Bebe team. Duties will include but are not limited to:

Conditions of employment covered by the Larrakia Nation Aboriginal Corporation Enterprise Agreement 2018. Salary range starting at $38.68 per hour. Option to salary package a maximum of $15,899 from your gross salary each year; 5 weeks pro rata annual leave per year; and a 21-hour week.
